Gift Card Conditions
TERMS OF USE – XENDA GIFT CARD

1. Nature of the Gift Card
The Xenda Gift Card (the “Card”) is an electronic payment method issued by Xenda and valid exclusively for the purchase of experiences and services offered on Xenda’s official website (the “Site”).
The Card does not constitute a financial instrument and does not generate interest.
2. Scope of Validity
The Card is valid only within the United Mexican States for the purchase of experiences available on the Site.
It is not redeemable for cash nor exchangeable for cash under any circumstances.
3. Method of Use

It may be used as a partial or full payment method.

It may be used multiple times until the available balance is exhausted.

If the purchase amount exceeds the available balance, the user must pay the difference using another available payment method.
4. Validity Period
The Card is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, unless applicable law establishes a different period.
Once expired, any remaining balance will not be refundable.
5. Non-Refundable
The purchase of the Card is non-refundable.
In the event of cancellation of an experience paid with the Card, the applicable cancellation policy will apply and, if appropriate, the amount will be returned as balance on the same Card.
6. Loss or Misuse
Xenda shall not be responsible for:

Loss of the Card code

Unauthorized use by third parties

Errors in the email address provided
The purchaser is responsible for verifying the recipient’s information in the case of digital Cards.
7. Restrictions
The Card:

Cannot be used to purchase another gift card

Cannot be used for commercial purposes without prior written authorization

Cannot be resold
8. Fraud
Xenda reserves the right to cancel Cards where there are indications of fraud, tampering, or misuse.
9. Modifications
Xenda may modify these terms at any time. Changes will take effect upon publication on the Site.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Mexico City.
